When you want to do something, there are some barrier.
Psychological barrier.
It is also called hurdle.
The barrier or hurdle will become lower if you experience the activities.
For me, house keeping.
For example cleaning up sink, toilet, bath room.
Cooking, for example cutting stuffs.
If you experience once, you have already what to do next, it is easy for you.
It is not useful for us who have no imagination that watching in TV or reading in books.
Doing actually is meaningful.
